Your work with us begins with the Initial Foundations Session, a comprehensive 75-minute appointment covering your health history, lifestyle, current medications and supplements, symptoms, and what you've already tried. You'll leave with tailored education and a written protocol. Book it on its own, or choose the Foundations Bundle to add three months of guided follow-up at a reduced rate.
Memberships
$225/month
Ongoing support for existing clients through our Continuum Guided membership. You'll have a one-on-one session each month, messaging between visits, and protocol updates as your needs change, along with wholesale lab pricing, 35% off professional-grade supplements, and our member resource library. Month-to-month, with prepaid plans available at a reduced rate.
