Booking & Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Elysium Wellness. Sessions are designed for individuals seeking professional, holistic wellness consulting. To ensure the highest level of care for all our clients, we maintain the following boundaries to respect one anothers time.
Booking Process
All sessions are booked through the Practice Better portal to maintain organization and upmost HIPAA compliance. I recommend scheduling at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time. Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking. Payment plans are an option- if you need a more flexible plan, please reach out to me.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a flat fee of $100. We value the time we set aside for your journey, and this policy protects that space.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to remain fair to the next client. Sessions starting more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time without penalty through your Practice Better portal. You may also reschedule from the confirmation email you initially received.
No-Shows
Missing an appointment without prior notice results in a flat fee of $100 being charged. We value the time we set aside for your journey, and this policy protects that space.
Refunds
Wellness is a process, and as consulting is a service of time and expertise, we do not offer refunds once a session has been completed or a customized protocol delivered. If you are not happy with your outcomes, please do let me know and we will work something out that suits your needs best.
Emergencies
We recognize that genuine emergencies and unforeseen tragedies occur. In these sensitive cases, please contact Sonja directly as soon as possible to discuss individual circumstances.
